Events

Meetings at Heller House, Michael Heller Homestead:

  • Monthly Business and Barn Tour/Preservation Meetings are usually held at 7:00 pm on the second or third Thursday of the month (weather permitting), except in July & December.  Next meetings - May 17, June 21, Sept 13, Oct 18, Nov 15.
  • Other committee meetings are scheduled as needed.
  • All meetings are open to the public.  Interested persons are invited to attend.  Volunteers are needed.

SVC SPECIAL EVENTS

  • The Saucon Valley Conservancy is a 2012 Passport to History participant.  Get your passport stamped at one of our events. [Limited supplies are available for free at the Homestead]
  • 5th Annual Young Artists' Exhibit: April 28 - May 20 (Click for invitation)
  • Annual Saucon Valley History Day:  Saturday, April 28th - 9:00 - 2:00 [Rain or Shine] 
    We are planning a full schedule of events to take place at the conservancy April 28th. Other activities are at the Grist Mill, Lutz-Franklin Schoolhouse & Water Street Park.(Click for flyer on all 3 sites)

  • Hellertown - Lower Saucon Community Day: Saturday, August 18, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm at Dimmick Park (stop by our booth)
  • David Lee Art Exhibit:  Saturday, September 8 - Sunday, December 16.

  • 20th Annual Holiday Gathering & David Lee Artist Reception/Open House:  Monday, December 3, 7:00 - 9:00 pm. (Snow date - December 4)

Heller Homestead Art Gallery and Antiques & Collectibles, a gift and consignment shop

Open to the public from March 3, 2012 to December 16, 2012 on most Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm (Sundays, 12 - 3 pm, May - November.)
